How can I order?
ModernNova.com  accepts online orders 24 hours a day,  7 days a week via  our secure web site. You can email us at  customerservice@ModernNova.com to request personal customer service to assist you .  We will respond within a 24 hours.
 
Can I receive fabric color samples?
We carefully scan our color swatch samples to match the fabric's original color. Keep in mind your computer's monitor may off set the shade slightly.  To receive a color swatch sample, email us at CustomerService@ModernNova.com
 
How can I cancel or update my order that was  placed on-line according to our policies?
To cancel or change an order placed on-line,with modernnova.com please send a message to  CustomerService@modernnova.com stating the desired changes within a 3 day period.
If the order has not been processed we can accomodate the changes.
 
 
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, & Ameican Express credit cards for payment. ModernNova offer's  our customers PayPal Services for a secure Express Checkout.
 
 
Is is safe when ordering over the internet?
Purchasing Modern furniture over the internet is very safe with our paypal payment system.  We use the same level of protection used by banks & financial institutions to make sure  your bank card information can only be viewed online. We do NOT store any credit card information on our web server.  Once your order is placed, the credit card number is then masked and can no longer be seen  even by us.

How long does it take to receive my item?
Various furniture products are in stock , therefore delivery times may  vary.
You can refer to the individual  product pages for order to delivery time frames.
Many of our modern furniture pieces are custom made and can take up to 14  weeks.
 
How much is shipping?
We offer over the threshold FREE SHIPPING  for all products to most of the continental USA.

Due to the issues in Louisiana & Mississipi in the zip code area beginning with the prefix of 394 to 396, 700 to 705, 707 and 708 will all encure a $100 service fees in addition to our base  shipping cost.  Due to labor problems we have to discontinue deluxing service delivery  in these locations.
 
 
What methods of shipping do you use?
ModernNova uses  FedEx Ground &  Freight Delivery Services for our modern furniture.  Truck deliveries are performed by a frieght trucking company contracted by our suppliers.   Which process we use depends on the type, and size of our products.
 
What happens if I receive my item and it has  damaged from shipment?
This situation rarely occurs, but  if  your modern furniture  product has damaged upon delivery. You the customer MUST make note of the damage immediately on the delivery invoice to insure YOU have the right to claim for damages. FAILURE to make note on the freight invoice at delivery  will VOID all  recourse of replacement.
 
Promptly notify customerservice@ModernNova.com immediately during the time of delivery If the delivered carton is severly damaged. Please  then refuse delivery from the frieght company immediatly upon delivery and we will contact you with further instructions!  If a replacement furniture product  is delivered before the original shipment is returned, you are responsible for the damaged item.  Failure to return badly damaged product  will  be charged to your credit card as a non-returned item.
 
What happens if I want to return the product  after 3 days for ANY reason other than Damage?
A re-stocking fee of 30% will apply to retrun orders under these circumstances. ModernNova.com will NOT reimburse for ANY shipping charges. ModernNova.com MUST approve returned orders within 3 days of delivery
 
How  will you refund my payment when I return an undamaged product?
We will be happy to refund your credit card payment .  Your payment will be applied only after we have received our furniture product  back in new condition. We will subtract the restocking fee and ALL shipping cost encured  before refunding your payment.
